Rumbalara Aboriginal Cooperative – Justice & Community Services now have the following vacancy based at our Shepparton Office

Program Manager - Family Violence (New position)
Full time – 38 Hours per week

About the role:
• The Program Manager will develop and lead a highly competent, culturally safe, engaged and professional family violence team to ensure effective responses to Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people seeking support around Family Violence services.

• The position will also be responsible for line management, support and supervision to Rumbalara’s Family Violence Programs. These include (but may not be limited to):
 Family Violence Therapeutic Healing
 Family Violence Intensive Case management
 Family Violence Case Management
 Family Violence Time Out
 Perpetrator Response
 Aboriginal Practice Lead, Team Leader and Practitioners in The Orange Door (Goulburn)
• Minimum qualifications required to be considered for this position include in social work, welfare, community development or related field, a degree qualification is preferred. However, applicants with significant experience in a similar role and/or currently studying are strongly encouraged to apply.
