Job Description In this role you will be responsible for providing Occupational Therapy services to in-patients, predominantly on the sub-acute wards and sub-acute in the home service. You will provide specialist assessment, treatment and discharge planning to admitted patients in the Rehabilitation, Geriatric Evaluation & Management, Palliative Care and Sub-acute in the home (Mare Coram Unit at Home) services.
