Job Description As a HR Business Partner in the People, Culture and Safety team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Australia’s largest rural water corporation in regional Victoria.

Managing 70 per cent of Victoria’s stored water resources and Australia’s largest irrigation delivery network. We provide services to 25,000 customers, supporting a diverse, productive and sustainable region.

About the Role:

Provision of consistent and timely advice, and building manager capability.
The role is the key point of contact for the provision of coaching, direction and leadership on all People and Culture matters including operational and strategic advice that considers policy requirements, enterprise agreement provisions, and the people experience.
In addition, the role actively contributes to workforce management and planning, performance management, change management and strategic recruitment as well as contributing to the delivery of strategic people and culture initiatives and projects.

Based in the Tatura office with site visits as required.

What do you need?

• Qualification and/or extensive experience in Human Resources
• HR generalist with significant knowledge of HR processes, policies and emerging trends
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and ability to interpret Enterprise Agreements and Awards
• Excellent communications and ability to build strong relationships and partnerships
• Ability to manage complex Employee Relations issues including coaching and supporting leaders when addressing performance
and conduct issues
• Lead and support culture, engagement and change initiatives to drive efficiencies.
