GV Health is the main healthcare provider in the Goulburn Valley region, servicing a broad catchment area of approximately 120,000 people. We are the largest permanent employer in the region with over 2,600 employees spread across our five main sites.

To meet the evolving healthcare needs of our community we have completed Phase 1 of our redevelopment project which includes a five-storey Inpatient Unit building, expanded theatre capacity, new Critical Care Unit, a state of-the-art Dialysis Unit and an extension of the current Emergency Department.

About the department

Corporate Support Services department is inclusive of the cleaning, patient transfers and meal deliveries to all patients of the hospital.


About the role

The Patient Service Assistant (PSA) is responsible for providing a high standard of patient support services to all areas of GV Health. The PSA will perform their role in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with Infection Control and Department of Health standards as well as provide timely and responsive transportation of patients.



We are looking for:

Hold a Certificate III in Health Services Assistant and relevant work experience
Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
Great communication skills and ability to adapt
