Administration and Data Assistant Role
Located at the Shepparton Campus
Fixed Term Part Time ending June 2025
16 hours per fortnight

About the role
The purpose of the Administration and Data Assistant is to provide high level customer service to internal
and external stakeholders, provide support to clinicians working within the” Get It Right First Time” (GIRFT)
Project to ensure that the administration of the program supports client centred, safe and effective care.
The position will collect reportable data sets ensure a high level of data integrity is maintained and reporting
to support the GIRFT project.
The main objective is to provide data collection, administrative, communications and logistical support to
the GiRFT project team and support, as required, to VMIA GiRFT project team.
We are looking for:
Previous experience in similar administrative and/or data collection roles
Experience with data entry in a project / research health service environment
Well developed time management skills and the ability to plan and manage work
High level of attention to accuracy and detail
